I did not order a screen protection for an Iphone17 I need a screen protection for a samsung android S24. How do I go about sending this one that I received back & get the one I need?

This screen only last a week and it cracked! Paid almost $60 for the screen protector and then another $9.99 for shipping for the replacement! My last screen protector was bought on Amazon and lasted for the full life of the phone for a quarter of this price!

I order this with my new phone. I was told it was a lifetime warranty The salesman neglected to mention that it is 10 dollars evertime you need a replacement. When I went to the Verizon store. Russell owned (never do that again ) it was explained to me at that point. It must be fun to take advantage of a senior on a limited income. So do yourself a favor and go to Amazon or Target or Walmart. MUCH CHEAPER

I paid $40 for this screen protector and was told it was the best thing ever and I would have free replacements. Wrong, after a couple of months it has multiple cracks and has not lasted any better than a $7 screen protector. Don't waste your money on this, they charge $9.99 for one replacement. Very disappointed in the product and the women that sold it to us.
