Next, order a replacement screen protector. Once the new one arrives, remove the damaged protector and carefully install the replacement according to the instructions provided. Keeping the broken protector on until the replacement is ready helps maintain some level of protection for your device.
However, if the device screen itself is also damaged and you purchased a screen protector that comes with a screen repair guarantee, you may be eligible to file a claim.
