For all Simple products purchased at retail locations, please contact your original location of purchase for their refund information. Proof of purchase may be required.

We do not offer refunds for items purchased at retail locations—only for purchases made on our site. For retail purchases, please return the item to the original retailer.

Purchases from mysimple.us are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be undamaged and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees. For help with a return, please contact Customer Support.
