What is instaProtek?

What happens when my screen protector breaks?

  1. Verify whether the damage is limited to the screen protector or if the actual device screen is also broken.
  2. If the damage is limited to the screen protector, please leave the broken protector on the device and

  4. If the device screen is also damaged and you purchased a protector that includes a screen repair guarantee,

What is Simple’s Refund Policy if I purchased from a retail location?

For all Simple products purchased at retail locations, please contact your original location of purchase for their refund information. Proof of purchase may be required.

We do not offer refunds for items purchased at retail locations—only for purchases made on our site. For retail purchases, please return the item to the original retailer.

What is Simple’s Refund Policy if I ordered directly from the website?

Purchases from mysimple.us are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be undamaged and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees. For help with a return, please contact Customer Support.
